Overview
The Trail Gear 1.25 Inch Driveline Spacer Kit, part 105084-3-KIT, is a driveline spacer for the 1986-1995 Suzuki Samurai. The spacer is 1-1/4 inch long and fits either the front or the rear driveshaft.
Each kit contains one spacer and the mounting hardware. Trail Gear makes the spacer from 6061 T6 aluminum.

A driveline spacer lengthens the gap between the transmission or transfer case and the axle, which can help with driveshaft angles after a lift. On an older Samurai, the shaft angles often change more than people expect, so a spacer is one way to reduce vibration on the road.
A spacer only changes one end of the driveshaft, so the other joints still need to be checked. Look for worn U-joints and loose yokes, and inspect the spacer after rough trail use to make sure the hardware has not backed off. Small vibrations at highway speed are often the first sign that an angle or joint needs attention.
