Overview
The Rugged Ridge 11031.02 X-Clamps in Gloss Black are tube-mount brackets for lights, cameras, antennas and similar accessories on tubing from 1.25 to 2 inches in diameter. The clamps are universal fit, so they are not made for one vehicle and can be placed on any tube within that range.
The X-Clamp system comes in three finishes: black, textured black and sleek silver. This gloss black version uses Pivotal Fit Technology, so you rotate the clamp to the tube and pivot the bracket to the position you need. The design is patent pending.

Caring for gloss black finish
Gloss black finishes show fingerprints, road film and small scuffs more clearly than textured surfaces. A soft microfiber cloth and mild soap keep the surface clean without dulling the sheen. Rinse off grit before wiping to reduce fine scratching.
Clamp contact areas take the most wear. Check where the jaws meet the tube for flaking or rubbing, and touch up small chips before corrosion can spread. Keep fasteners snug so the clamp does not rub against the same spot repeatedly.
When cleaning around wiring, avoid soaking the connections. Dry the clamp fully after washing so water does not sit in the pivot. Storing the clamp indoors during long idle periods also limits fading and dust buildup.

Vehicle fitment
Rugged Ridge gives universal fit and a tube mount type for these clamps, so they are not tied to one model. What decides fit is the tube, which must be 1.25 to 2 inches across. Tubing that is larger or smaller than that will not work with this clamp.
The fitment does not exclude any vehicle, yet a tube outside the 1.25 to 2 inch range will not take the clamp. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
Turn the clamp to match the diameter of your tube, pivot the bracket to the position you want, then add the accessory. Snug each clamp fully before driving, since a bracket that rotates on rough ground can change the aim of a light. Wire any light to a fused relay circuit and follow local road-use rules for lighting angle and placement.
