Overview
The Poison Spyder Customs 4 inch LED tail light (part number 41-04-051) is a universal 24-diode LED taillight for any location with a 4-1/2 inch round hole. It is a flush-mount light that pushes into place through a rubber grommet, and it is offered with a red or a clear lens. Clear-lens units use red diodes, so they still flash red when lit.
Poison Spyder fits this light into its Crusher Corners or Trail Corners when those are ordered for LED taillights. It also fits other corner protectors or any flat panel that can be cut to the same 4-1/2 inch round size. Because the light sits flush, it stays out of the way of rocks and trees on the trail. The light is sold individually, so order two for a pair.

Tail light placement and wiring
A flush-mounted tail light sits behind the surface of a corner protector or flat panel, so the panel itself protects the lamp from strikes. Choose a location where the light is visible from behind and where the panel is not flexed by contact with trees or rocks.
Before cutting the panel, confirm the wiring path from the mounting point to the vehicle’s tail light circuit. Keep the harness away from moving parts and heat sources, and secure it with clamps so it cannot snag. Fuse the circuit close to its power source.
Check the lamp and lens each time the vehicle is serviced. Clean the lens with mild soap and water, and check the rubber grommet for cracks that could let water in. Replace a cracked grommet before the next trail run.

Vehicle fitment
This is a universal light and is not tied to one vehicle. Its fit depends on the mounting location: any corner protector or flat panel with a 4-1/2 inch round hole can take it, including the Poison Spyder Crusher Corners and Trail Corners when they are ordered for LED taillights.
Fitment is not vehicle-specific. Measure the mounting location to confirm the 4-1/2 inch round hole before cutting.
Installation notes
The lamp is held by its rubber grommet, so the mounting hole has to be cut or drilled to 4-1/2 inches before the light goes in. The supplied wiring pigtail connects the lamp to the tail light wiring. Lighting circuits should be fused, and local rules on tail lights and their operation apply.
