Overview
The Vision X 9887616 is a pair of 4 inch round LED fog lights with a black aluminum housing. It fits 2007–2009 Jeep Wrangler (JK) Rubicon, Sahara, Unlimited Rubicon, Unlimited X and X trims. It bolts directly to the factory fog light mounting location and works as a plug and play replacement.
The lights use Optimus Lights with IRIS Reflector Technology and deliver 1,034 ft of usable light with a 20 degree beam pattern. The output is triple that of factory lights, and the polycarbonate lens is part of the optical design.

Wiring and keeping the lights sealed
Plug and play lights still need sound wiring and a fused feed. Run the power through a relay so the factory switch and harness are not carrying the full load. Keep the weatherproof connector seated, and check that the ground connection is clean and tight.
The lights are built for exposed mounting, but the lens and housing still need care. Wash off mud after trail use, since grit scratches polycarbonate lenses and cuts clarity over time. Recheck the aim after bumper work, and look at the seals each season for cracks or gaps where moisture could get in.
