Overview
The TeraFlex 1000775 is a UHMW nylon crush cushion that replaces worn or cracked bumpstop blocks on the Revolver shackle. It keeps the Revolver positioned correctly when it is folded into its resting position.
Ultra High Molecular Weight nylon is a tough, wear-resistant plastic. Each cushion is sold individually, so buy one for every block you need to replace.

Replacing the Revolver bumpstop
The Revolver bumpstop block is the point where the shackle rests when folded. It holds the Revolver in its resting position and stops it from shifting. Because the block takes repeated contact, wear builds up over time and a cracked or crumbled block can let the Revolver move out of place.
When replacing a block, take a careful look at how the old one sat. Compare its height and contact face with the new cushion, and make sure the Revolver rests in the same position once folded. A replacement is most useful when the shackle sits loose, rattles or no longer lines up as it should.
