The Omix-ADA 16752.15 is a passenger side brake shoe self adjusting screw for 9 inch drums. It fits the 1990–2001 Jeep Cherokee (XJ), 1993–1998 Grand Cherokee (ZJ), 1997–2000 Wrangler (TJ) and 1990–1995 Wrangler (YJ). It is supplied individually and sits at the rear right.

Self adjusters and drum service
A self adjusting screw sets the distance between the brake shoe and the drum by turning a threaded adjuster as the shoes wear. Each time the brake is applied in reverse, the adjuster moves a notch and keeps the shoes close to the drum. Over time, the threads can corrode or seize, and then the shoes stop adjusting and the pedal feel changes gradually.
When the drums come off, clean the threads and inspect the star wheel and pivot. Replace a screw that turns stiffly, shows stripped threads or has a bent end, and check the matching adjuster on the other side. Keeping both sides moving the same way helps the shoes wear evenly across the axle.
