Overview
The Kleinn Train Horns JK220 is a bolt-on 220 train horn kit for the 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler (JK). The manufacturer fitment list covers Rubicon, Sahara, Sport and X trims as well as Unlimited models. The kit produces 154.2 dB at 150 PSI and mounts on a bracket made for the JK Wrangler.
The kit includes the JK-specific mounting bracket, the 220 train horn, horn wiring and a horn button. It installs with no drilling or cutting when the factory horn button is used. It runs with the Kleinn JKOBA onboard air system or another onboard air system with a 1-gallon tank minimum.

Air supply and horn care
The horn is only as good as the air behind it. A 220 train horn draws down a tank quickly, so the onboard air system needs enough reserve to sound the horn several times in a row. Watch how fast the tank refills after repeated blasts. A slow recovery usually points to a leak, a clogged intake or a worn compressor rather than the horn itself.
Routine care is simple. Keep the air fittings snug, look over the hose for chafing where it passes near the frame or engine, and drain moisture from the tank if the system has one. Check the bracket bolts after the first few trips, and keep the horn button connection dry so the factory circuit works reliably.

The manufacturer fitment list covers the 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler (JK), with trims including 70th Anniversary, 75th Anniversary, Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, Sport S and X, in both standard and Unlimited forms. The 2018 and later Wrangler JL and the Gladiator are not on this list.

Installation notes
Installing with the factory horn button requires no drilling or cutting. Plan any other wiring route before starting, since the bolt-on method relies on the factory button.
