Overview
The Dynatrac CR60-3X1104-A is a Free Spin hub conversion kit for Dana 60 axles. It replaces the factory unit bearings with fixed spindles and a larger stub axle, for 00-08 Dodge applications.
The conversion is intended for a weak point in Dodge Ram 4×4 trucks. It is for non-ABS applications only.

Hub conversion considerations
Converting factory unit bearings to fixed spindles changes how the front hub carries load, so the axle shaft, hub and bearing should be inspected as one system. A larger stub axle changes the bearing fit, and the wheel bearings need proper preload and lubrication. Check the hub seals and grease after the first few runs.
ABS equipped trucks use a sensor and reluctor at the hub, so a non-ABS kit is a different setup from the ABS version. Keep the front brakes and brake lines in good shape before and after the swap, and check that the axle shafts seat correctly in the spindle.
