Overview
The Pro Comp 76402P is a pair of 7-inch round LED headlamp assemblies with a clear polycarbonate lens and 6000K pure white light. They are sold as plug-and-play replacements for round headlamp housings, and they are meant to improve visibility at night, in dense fog and in heavy rain.
Each lamp uses 20 LUXEON ZES LEDs with a built-in anti-flicker module for steady light. The lenses are UV-resistant, hard-coated polycarbonate, and the lamps are designed for maximum light dispersion on and off the road.
The lamps come with a lifetime warranty, and the built-in anti-flicker module is designed to keep the LEDs steady on the vehicle’s electrical system.

Headlamp aim and output
Round headlamps are aimed by adjustment screws, and a replacement assembly needs its aim set after installation so the beam lands at the right height and angle. Aim the lamps on level ground facing a wall, and keep the cutoff pattern level so oncoming drivers are not dazzled. Re-check the aim after the first few drives, since new mounts can settle.
LED output and heat are closely tied to the vehicle’s power. A stable voltage, good grounds and clean connectors help the LEDs run as designed, so check the wiring for corrosion before installation. Keep the lenses clean, since road grime and salt cut light output more than many drivers expect.
