The Omix-ADA 12405.08 is a clear combination park and turn signal lens for the 1976–1983 Jeep CJ5, 1976–1986 Jeep CJ7 and 1981–1985 Jeep Scrambler. It is sold as a lens only, without bulb or housing, and is a direct-fit replacement.

Lens condition and sealing
A park and turn signal lens takes constant UV exposure and road grit, so the plastic can haze or craze over the years. Hazy lenses cut the light output of both functions, which makes the signal harder to see in daylight. Compare the old lens side by side with the other side of the vehicle before choosing a replacement.
Lens-only replacements depend on the existing housing being sound. Inspect the gasket, the mounting tabs and the socket before fitting, because a cracked housing lets water in. Clean the housing and socket contacts, and use a fresh gasket if the old one has hardened. Tighten fasteners evenly so the lens seats without strain.
