Overview
The Tuff Country 10931 is a pair of front upper uni-ball control arms for the 2014–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and Tahoe and the 2014–2018 GMC Sierra 1500 and Yukon. Related 2014 and 2015–2017 Suburban and Yukon XL 1500 models are also listed. The arms are aimed at lifted full-size GM trucks and SUVs that need better ball joint articulation.
Tuff Country’s EZ-Ride line of uni-ball arms targets the binding that standard ball joints produce once a truck is lifted. The uni-ball joints also add suspension travel, which the brand puts at 30% to 35% more articulation than standard ball joints. That makes the arm a practical upgrade for owners who already run a lift.
Each arm uses teflon-lined FK uni-ball joints and polyurethane bushings. The design corrects front end geometry on lifted vehicles. The arms are made in the USA and come in pairs with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Choosing arms for a lift
Uni-ball control arms are most useful on trucks that already carry a lift, since the added angle at the ball joints is where standard parts bind. Before buying, measure your current lift height and confirm it sits within the range these arms are meant for. Stock steering knuckles matter here, because aftermarket knuckles can change the joint geometry the arm was designed around. Plan the job for a day when the truck can sit on the rack afterward.
Expect the front end to feel different once the arms are installed. Articulation improves off road, but some owners notice a firmer steering feel on pavement. Retighten fasteners after the first few drives, and recheck toe and caster on a shop alignment rack. Keeping tires at the correct pressure and inspecting boots and bushings every oil change helps the new parts last.
