Overview
The Tuff Country 32901 is a 2-inch front lift kit for the Dodge Ram 1500 in model years 2006–2007, 2009–2010 and the 2011–2013 Ram 1500. It raises the front to match the rear, which allows slightly larger tires and removes the factory nose-down rake.
The kit is a direct-fit front-position part. The upper strut spacer is part of the package.

Upper strut spacer basics
An upper strut spacer sits at the top of the strut, between the strut tower and the mount, and it changes the height of the front end without altering the lower suspension. Because the spacer carries load at the mount, its hardware matters. Make sure the nuts and studs are in good condition and fully engaged before the truck goes back on the road.
After installation, recheck the mount bolts after the first several trail runs, since new hardware can settle. Inspect the strut mount bearing for noise or roughness when turning, and look at the front tires for uneven wear that might point to an alignment change. A quick walk around after each off-road trip catches loose parts early.
