Overview
The Omix-ADA 11812.01 is a chrome hardtop exterior door handle for the front left door of the 1976–1980 Jeep CJ5 and CJ7. It is a keyed alike turn style handle, and the keys are included.
It is a direct OE replacement built to original specifications and is sold individually. It carries a limited five-year manufacturer warranty.

Before you install
A hardtop exterior handle is part of a larger latch assembly, so the handle itself is only one link in the chain that opens the door. Before fitting a new one, look at the rod or cable that runs from the handle to the latch, the lock cylinder and the gasket around the handle opening. Worn rods or cracked grommets can make a good handle feel like it has failed.
Because the handle is keyed alike, the cylinder and keys matter as much as the chrome. Test the lock and release action with the door open before reinstalling the trim. Clean the mounting area and check for rust, since bare metal under a chrome handle can spread corrosion. Tighten fasteners in small steps.

It fits the 1976–1980 Jeep CJ5 and the 1976–1980 Jeep CJ7.
It does not fit the 1981–1986 CJ models, the Scrambler or any Wrangler, and it is not the front right handle. Confirm fit against your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
