Overview
The Kleinn RAM1500-734 is a bolt-on onboard air system paired with the Model 730 Demon black spun steel triple train horn, which rates at a 157.8 dB blast. It fits the 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and the 2011 to 2018 Ram 1500 in several trims.
The kit uses a 6450RC high output waterproof compressor at 150 PSI with 100% duty cycle and a 3-gallon air tank with Cortec interior coating. A remote quick connect tire inflator with a 30 foot hose and a storage bag round out the package.

Choosing an air system setup
An onboard air system is most useful when the compressor, tank and tire inflator are sized to the jobs you actually do. A 3-gallon tank gives a buffer so the compressor does not run continuously while you air up tires or run air tools, which reduces heat buildup over longer sessions. Consider how far the inflator hose needs to reach around the truck, and whether you will run air-powered accessories from the same tank.
Once installed, check the bracket bolts and air line fittings after the first few trips over rough ground, since vibration loosens fasteners over time. Look for any fitting that seeps or any line that rubs against the frame, and secure it with clamps or trim it back. Keep the air filter and tank drain clear of debris, and drain moisture from the tank periodically, especially in humid or cold weather.
