The Kleinn 730 Onboard Air and Train Horn System, part number RAMHD-734, is a complete bolt-on onboard air kit and triple train horn for the 2014–2018 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 HD trucks. It pairs a 150 PSI waterproof air compressor and 3-gallon air tank with a Model 730 Demon Black triple train horn, so one installed system can inflate tires, power air tools, supply air suspension and sound the horn.

Choosing a horn and air setup
Heavy duty trucks often carry more weight and tow more, so the air supply on a 2500 or 3500 gets used for more than tires. Before buying, think about how you will use stored air. A tank that refills quickly helps when you air up after a trail run, power a tool, or run air suspension. Match the tire inflator hose length to the spots you reach most often around the truck.
After installation, inspect the airline where it crosses the frame and near the battery cables, since rubbing wears through jacket material. Check that the horn and compressor wiring is secured and protected from water, and reconnect the battery only after confirming every connection. Re-torque bracket bolts after the first few trips, because heavy trucks transmit more vibration to their mounts.

It fits the 2014–2018 Ram 2500 in Big Horn, Laramie, Laramie Limited, Laramie Longhorn, Limited, Lone Star, Outdoorsman, Power Wagon, SLT and Tradesman trims. It also fits the 2014–2018 Ram 3500 in Big Horn, Laramie, Laramie Limited, Laramie Longhorn, Limited, Lone Star, SLT and Tradesman trims.
Ram 3500 fit covers the trims above except Outdoorsman and Power Wagon. Confirm fit for your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering, particularly for earlier or later Ram generations and the Ram 1500.
Installation notes
The kit is a bolt-on installation with the included brackets, hardware, airline and wiring, so no drilling or welding is needed.
