Overview
The Kleinn Train Horns HDOBA-6350 is a heavy-duty onboard air system for 2014 to 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD trucks. It is built around a 150 PSI air compressor rated at 100% duty cycle and a 3.0 gallon air tank, and it is meant for tires up to 35 inches.

Planning the air system install
An onboard air system adds a compressor, tank and filter to a heavy-duty truck, so placement matters as much as the parts themselves. Before mounting, pick a location that keeps the compressor and intake clear of mud, water and heat from the engine. Keep the air lines away from moving parts and sharp edges, and leave room to reach the tank drain and pressure switch for later checks.
After installation, check each fitting for leaks with soapy water and listen for air escaping at the connections. Inspect the intake filter regularly, especially on dusty trails, and replace it when it looks clogged. Hoses left coiled in a case should be checked for cracks before each trip, since a damaged hose loses pressure quickly.
