Overview
The Fab Fours RR48-1 is a 48 inch modular roof rack in black matte powder coat, built from 12-gauge steel to mount LED lights and light bars. The rack is also available in 60 and 72 inch lengths. It is a universal fit rack, so the roof and mounting points of your vehicle decide whether it suits. Confirm the match before use.

Wiring and light placement
A roof rack carrying lights needs planned wiring. Route cables along the rack and through the integrated zip-tie holes, keeping them clear of moving parts and sharp edges. Use a fuse and relay so the lights are protected and can be switched from the cabin. Plan the light layout before drilling so the cables reach each mount without strain.
Light bars mounted at the front and rear each need their own path back to the power source. Mount lights level and firmly, and recheck them after rough roads, since vibration loosens fasteners. Keep the tie-down points free for cargo so the lights do not block straps.
