Overview
The Crown Automotive 52008779 is a front left rubber brake hose, without ABS, for the 1994–1995 Jeep Wrangler (YJ), made for stock height.

Brake hose basics
A flexible brake hose carries fluid from the steel brake line to the caliper, so the wheel can move up and down with the suspension. Rubber hoses can crack, swell or weep over time, especially where they bend near the wheel. Look for cracks, bulges, damp spots or fluid around the fitting when inspecting the front brakes.
A replacement hose should be fitted with the brake system bled afterward to remove any trapped air. Check the banjo bolts or fittings for correct tightening, and keep the hose clear of the tire, steering components and exhaust heat. When the vehicle is lifted, recheck hose clearance, since the hose moves with suspension travel.
