Overview
The Rancho RS66351R5 Level-IT Torsion Leveling Lift Kit raises the front of the vehicle 2.25 inches using a torsion key system. It includes front RS5000 Series shocks and fits tires up to 33 inches. The lift applies to the front only, and the suspension is designed for long-term heavy use.
The spacer is steel in a black finish. The suspension system carries a limited lifetime warranty.

Torsion keys and front height
Torsion keys set front height by changing the preload on the torsion bar, so adjusting the keys changes how high the front sits. Making a small adjustment and checking the height on both sides keeps the front level. Because the lift is front only, measure the rear height as a reference before and after the setting.
Torsion systems depend on the torsion bar being in good condition, so look for surface rust, cracks at the ends and any movement in the mounts. Front shock matching matters too, since a worn or mismatched shock will change the ride. Steel spacers can hold up well, but check the black finish for chips that may let rust start.
