Overview
The Pro Comp 58404 is a rear lift kit that raises a leaf spring vehicle 4 inches at the back. It is the 4 inch version of the cast iron block kits in the same range, supplied with the U-bolts and washers needed to fit the blocks.
Riser blocks have a taper meant to keep driveshaft angles in line after the rear is lifted. Fit depends on your axle and spring pack.

Shock length and bump stops
Raising the rear with blocks changes how far the axle travels before the bump stop or shock reaches its limit. Stock shocks are usually sized for the original ride height, so check that they still extend and compress without bottoming out. A shock that runs out of length can bind and wear its mounts quickly.
Bump stops also matter. A taller rear shifts where the stop contacts the frame, so inspect the rubber for cracks and make sure it is not split or missing. Many owners pair a block lift with a shock setup built for the new height, which is worth weighing against the cost of a second install later.
