Overview
The Tuff Country 36004 is a 6-inch EZ-Ride coil spring lift kit for 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks. It is designed to increase tire clearance for on-road and off-road use, and it replaces the front coil springs and control arms as one system.

Steering and alignment after installation
A lift kit that replaces the upper and lower control arms and drops the pitman arm changes steering geometry. The steering can feel different at first, and the front tires can wear quickly if the alignment is off. After installation, have the caster, camber and toe checked and recheck them after the first few hundred miles of driving.
The track bar relocation bracket and the rear lift blocks also affect how the axle sits under the truck. Check the bump stops and the rear U-bolts once the truck has settled, since they can loosen as the parts seat. Good steering feel after a lift depends on careful installation and a second look at the geometry.
