Overview
The Smittybilt F0486SC-SS is a polished stainless nerf step set for the 2004–2008 Ford F-150. It fits the FX2, FX4, King Ranch, Lariat, 60th Anniversary Edition, XL and XLT versions of that generation.
The steps run wheel to wheel in a four- or six-step drop-down layout on a 3-inch main tube. Cleated step plates give a secure footing, and the unit is rated for loads of up to 445 pounds. The steps help protect the rocker panels on a lifted truck.
