The Power Stop Z36-1304 is a rear metallic Z36 Truck and Tow disc brake pad set for the 2007-2018 Toyota Tundra, 2008-2018 Sequoia, Land Cruiser and Lexus LX570.

Rear axle towing checklist
A rear pad takes on a different load when a vehicle is hitched to a trailer, since the weight shifts toward the back axle. Metallic friction material is suited to repeated heavy braking, but the pads still need time to bed in and the rotors need regular inspection. Hills and long descents are where rear brakes are tested most.
Before towing, road-test the brakes without a load to confirm firm pedal feel and even stopping. Inspect rear rotors for scoring, check the caliper slides for free movement, and verify that the wear indicators are clear. Trailer brake controllers may need adjusting once the new pads have bedded in.

Installation notes
No caliper change is listed: the pads are direct fit with stock calipers. Use the Hi-Temp lubricant and shims supplied with the set, and road-test the brakes unloaded before towing or hauling.
