Overview
The Power Stop Z36-154 front brake pads are Z36 Truck and Tow disc brake pads for 1978–2003 Chevrolet S10, S10 Blazer, Blazer, El Camino and GMC Sonoma, Jimmy and Caballero models.
Heavier-duty driving is the target: Power Stop designed this pad for towing, hauling and mountain roads. A 17 percent higher coefficient of friction than OE pads is the figure Power Stop gives for Z36.

Power Stop lists the Z36-154 for the 1982–2003 Chevrolet S10, the 1983–1994 S10 Blazer and 1995–1997 Blazer, the 1978–1987 El Camino and GMC Caballero, the 1991–2003 GMC Sonoma, the 1995–1997 Jimmy, the 1983–1991 S15 Jimmy, the 1982 S15, and the 1991 Syclone and 1992–1993 Typhoon.
Full-size Chevrolet and GMC pickups and later Blazer and Jimmy years are outside the fitment list. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
Bed the new pads in with moderate stops, and avoid hard towing until they are seated.
