Overview
The Kleinn Train Horns Complete Bolt-On Onboard Air System, part number RZR1000-KIT, is a heavy-duty air system for Polaris RZR 1000 models. It powers a dual air horn and also inflates tires. It fits 2014–2021 RZR XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 models, 2016–2021 RZR S 1000 models and 2019–2020 RZR S4 1000 models.
The kit uses a Model 6350RC waterproof air compressor, a 1-gallon air tank made in USA and a Model 102-1 dual air horn. The compressor and tank handle 37-inch truck tires as well as UTV tires, so the system can also inflate tires at the end of the day.

Trail and garage use
An onboard air system is useful when a tire goes low far from a shop. A compressor and tank let you refill tires after a trail day, and a dual air horn gives a louder signal on the trail than a stock horn. Because the compressor draws power from the vehicle, it is worth checking that the wiring route and fuse suit the installation plan before you start, and that the compressor has room to breathe where it is mounted.
Running an air compressor regularly puts heat and moisture into the tank, so drain the tank after use and keep the inflator hose and storage bag clean and dry. Check the mounting brackets and hose connections after the first few trail runs, since vibration loosens fittings on any UTV, and dust or mud left on the compressor can shorten its service life.
