Overview
The TeraFlex 1257400 is a 4 inch Elite LCG long arm lift kit with shocks for two-door and four-door 2007–2015 Jeep Wrangler (JK) models. The kit is designed to fit tires up to 37 inches and requires aftermarket wheels with 4.5 inch backspacing or less.
The long arms are fully adjustable. The upper and lower FlexArms allow the pinion, caster and tire position to be modified, so the suspension can be tuned to the driver’s preferences. Lower FlexArms are 2 inch OD by .281 wall DOM tube with welded heavy duty bushing eyelets. The bracketry is heavy duty CNC cut steel plate with gusseted and reinforced welds.
The kit includes front sway bar disconnects and rear sway bar links. Drive shaft modifications are needed on all JK Wranglers and Unlimited models with this suspension system.

Adjustable arm setup
Adjustable long arms give room to tune pinion angle, caster and tire position, but every adjustment changes the others. Setting them with a measured alignment and driveline check keeps the truck tracking straight and the drivetrain within its normal range. Write down the settings once they are right so future work can return to them.
Bracketry mounted to the frame needs careful fit before final welding, and a square install makes the arms easier to align later. Bushing eyelets and heavy steel plates take steady stress on the trail, so inspect welds, bolts and bushings at regular intervals. Cracked welds or loose bolts deserve prompt attention.

Installation notes
