Overview
The TeraFlex 1457600 is a 6 inch Elite LCG long arm lift for two-door and four-door Jeep Wrangler JK models, covering 2007–2015 JK models with a 5 to 6.99 inch lift range. It is designed to fit tires up to 38 inches and needs aftermarket wheels with 4.5 inch backspacing or less.
The fully adjustable upper and lower long FlexArms allow pinion, caster and tire position to be modified. The design addresses anti-dive for front braking, anti-squat for rear power transfer and roll center geometry, and the bracketry is heavy duty CNC cut steel plate.
Driveshaft modifications are required on all JK Wranglers and Unlimited models with this suspension system. Shocks are not included.

Long arm geometry basics
Long arm suspensions control the axle through longer links, which reduces the change in pinion and caster angle as the axle moves. The FlexArms in this kit are fully adjustable, so the geometry can be set to the tire and driveline in use. Check the arm bushings and frame mounts after the first few trail trips, since the long links carry a lot of load at the front.
Adjustments change tire position, so re-check wheel clearance at full steering lock and full suspension compression after each change. Heavy duty CNC cut steel brackets mount the arms to the frame, and the welds and bolted joints should be inspected for cracks. Driveline angles also change with the lift, so inspect the driveshaft joints during routine service.

It fits 2007–2015 Jeep Wrangler (JK) models, including 70th Anniversary, Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, Unlimited 70th Anniversary, Unlimited Rubicon, Unlimited Sahara, Unlimited Sport, Unlimited X and X models, in both two-door and four-door body styles.
Model years outside 2007–2015 are not covered. Match the year, model and trim to your truck before ordering.
Installation notes
Driveshaft modifications are required on all JK Wranglers and Unlimited models with this system. The bracketry is set against the frame locating holes before the brackets are stitch-welded in place, so confirm the fit before the final welds.
