Roof care and cage fit

A roof on a UTV cage takes wind, sun and debris, so routine inspection matters. Check the mounting hardware at each roof bolt point after the first few trail runs and retighten anything that has loosened. Look along the front drip rail and the seams for cracks in the powder coat or corrosion starting at scratches, since bare aluminum exposed to mud and salt wears faster than the coated surface.

Before buying, match the roof to the cage it will sit on and make sure the mounting points line up with the cage tubes.
