Overview
The Powerbass soundbar and POD square clamps, part number PWBXL-SBSCLAMP, hold XL Soundbars or XL PODS on most square tubes. They are made for golf carts and powersports vehicles, and for boats.
The clamps are made from non-corrosive steel with a powder coat for protection against the elements. The clamp size is adjustable.

Mounting on square tubing
Square tubing gives a flat, stable surface for a clamp, but the corners can concentrate pressure if the clamp is overtightened. Tighten the clamp evenly across both sides, and avoid using the clamp as a load point for anything beyond the speaker or sound bar it holds. A clean, dry tube surface helps the clamp grip without slipping.
Golf carts, powersports vehicles and boats all move and vibrate, so a clamp should be checked after the first few trips. Vibration can loosen fasteners over time, and a loose speaker can scuff the finish or strain the tube. Keep wiring clear of moving parts and sharp edges.
