Overview
The MasterTop Spice Denim tonneau cover, part number 14504237, is a rear cargo cover made to fit the 1997–2002 Jeep Wrangler (TJ). It is a summer soft goods accessory that keeps gear hidden from view and shields it from the weather.
Sport bar sleeves hold the cover around the sport bar. It attaches to the factory belt rail and tailgate bar system and drapes over the soft top hardware. It is not completely waterproof, so it suits light showers rather than heavy rain. The front facing zipper pairs with a MasterTop Wind Stopper. The 28 oz sail cloth upgrade applies to the Black Diamond line, not this Spice Denim color.

Care and seasonal use
A rear cargo cover like this one works best when it is kept clean and dry between trips. Brush off grit before wrapping the sport bar sleeves, since trapped dirt rubs the fabric and the bar finish. Check the belt rail and tailgate bar fasteners periodically, because loose attachments let the cover shift at speed and can cause flapping that wears seams.
Fabric that stays damp for long periods can develop mildew, so let the cover air dry fully before folding and storing it. Store it in a dry place away from direct sun to slow fabric fading. Keep the front zipper teeth clean and lubricated, and inspect the stitching where the fabric meets the zipper track. Replace the cover when seams fray, grommets pull loose, or the fabric no longer keeps out light showers.
