Key features
- Polyurethane construction
- Intended to limit left-to-right front suspension movement
- Designed for everyday and performance driving, per the brand
Why track arm bushings wear
A track arm controls the lateral movement of the axle, so its bushings keep the axle centred under the body when the vehicle corners or hits a rut. As polyurethane ages it can crack, harden or wear, allowing the axle to shift side to side and making steering feel vague. Replacing worn bushings usually restores a tighter, more predictable feel.
Polyurethane is firmer than rubber, so it transmits more road noise and may need periodic lubrication depending on the design. Check the sleeves and bolts for cracks, looseness or wear marks after rough trail use. Tighten fasteners once the bushing is seated, and recheck them after the first few drives.
- Look for cracks or splits in the polyurethane
- Check for play at the axle end
- Recheck bolts after the first few drives
