Overview
The Crown Automotive fender flare hardware kit, part number CRO5KHK, is a mounting hardware kit for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK vehicles in both 2-door and 4-door models.
Fender flare hardware kits supply the fasteners and mounting components used when aftermarket fender flares are fitted to a Jeep body. This kit suits owners who already have fender flares, or who are fitting new ones, and need matching hardware for a Wrangler. The flares themselves are a separate item and are not part of this kit.

Fitting flares with new hardware
Hardware kits for fender flares supply the fasteners and brackets that hold the flare to the body, so their condition affects how well the flare stays aligned. When fitting new flares, take the old hardware off carefully and compare each piece before reusing it. Stripped threads, bent brackets and corroded nuts should be replaced rather than forced back into service.
Apply a light anti-seize or corrosion-resistant coating to threads where dissimilar metals meet, which makes future removal easier. Check the flare alignment before tightening everything fully, then recheck the fasteners after the first few drives. Paint the exposed edges if the flare has been cut or the finish was damaged during installation.

It fits 2-door Wrangler JK models in 70th Anniversary, 75th Anniversary, Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, Sport S and X trims, and 4-door Unlimited models in the same trims. It also fits the 2018 Jeep Wrangler (JL) Unlimited Moab 4-door.
