Overview
The Rugged Ridge 13611.15 is a full roll bar cover kit in Black Denim for the 1992-1995 Jeep Wrangler (YJ). The kit includes covers and pads for the rear fender braces and center hoop, so those parts of the roll bar are padded along with the main bar.
The covers are made from light weight foam with summer soft goods fabric. Zippers and Velcro attachments hold them in place, and cut-outs for the seat belt locations keep the covers looking clean. The kit fits factory roll bars only.

Padding the braces and hoop
Rear fender braces and the center hoop are parts of the roll bar that people often brush against when getting in or out, or when a passenger leans back. Padding them along with the main bar gives the whole structure a finished look and reduces scuffs on bare metal. The pads are meant to cover those sections, not only the top of the bar.
Because the kit covers more of the frame, check that each pad clears wiring, grab handles and seat belt anchors. Fasten the zippers and Velcro in a sequence that lets the cover sit flat, then recheck after the first few drives, since pads can shift on the brace. Keep a note of which pad goes where so you can reinstall it after cleaning.
