Overview
The Poison Spyder Full Cage Kit, part number 15-19-010, is a complete weld-in roll cage for the 2004–2006 Jeep Wrangler (LJ). It replaces the factory cage and is designed for hard four-wheeling, and the kit contains every tube and plate steel component needed to assemble a full cage.
The Lazer-Fit system uses tubes that are CNC bent and notched so the pieces meet without grinding. The kit is designed from a 3-D model of the vehicle, and the tubes are laser-cut, laser-notched and laser-etched before bending.

Weld-in cage preparation
A weld-in roll cage is only as good as its welds and the metal it attaches to. Before cutting or welding, inspect the floor, rocker and body mounting areas for rust, cracks and previous repairs. Solid, clean steel at each mounting point is essential, and any weak area should be repaired before the cage is set in place.
Because the cage protects occupants in a rollover, the fit and welding need careful attention. Dry-fit all tubes and plates, confirm clearance for seats, doors and the dash, and check that the cage does not interfere with the steering or fuel system. Bare steel should be coated after welding to resist corrosion.

Vehicle fitment
The kit is designed for the 2004–2006 Jeep Wrangler (LJ). Poison Spyder builds it from a 3-D model of that specific vehicle to ensure a precise fit and use of space.
It does not cover other Wrangler generations, such as the TJ (1997–2006) or the JK (2007–2018). Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
The cage is weld-in, so the tubes and mounting plates must be welded to the vehicle. The Lazer-Fit etch marks show where each notched end meets the next tube, which helps you line up the pieces during assembly. Have the welding done by someone experienced in roll cage fabrication, because the cage is there to protect occupants in a rollover.
