Keeping a rear mat in place
A rear mat works hardest when it stays put. On a pickup cab, passengers climbing in and out, cargo sliding forward and wet gear all push against the edge of the mat. A custom-molded piece with a dense nib pattern on the back resists that movement better than a loose sheet.
