Overview
The Baer Brakes 6920969 is a right-side, 2-piece replacement brake rotor with a 14.000 inch outside diameter and a plain surface finish, made for select Baer Brake systems. It is a vented, directional cast iron rotor designed to replace the right-side rotor in those systems.
Because the rotor is directional and specific to one side, it belongs on the right hub only. Rotors are sold individually, so a left-side rotor is needed for the other hub. Confirm fit for your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.

Bedding in a new rotor
New brake rotors work best after a controlled break-in with the pads. A series of moderate stops from moderate speed transfers an even layer of friction material onto the rotor face, which reduces vibration and noise later. Avoid hard stops on the first few drives and let the brakes cool between runs.
Plain-finish rotors show wear differently than slotted ones. Look for even contact across the face, and watch for blue or dark discoloration that can point to overheating. Keep the hub and wheel mounting face clean, and recheck wheel lug tightness after the first few drives as general practice.
