Overview
The TeraFlex 1251260 is a 3 inch suspension lift kit with 9550 VSS shocks for four-door 2007–2015 Jeep Wranglers JK. It is offered for the 70th Anniversary, Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, Unlimited and X models and fits right hand drive JK models, including Rubicon and Unlimited.
The kit includes 3 inch lift coil springs, 9550 VSS shock absorbers, a dropped pitman arm and front sway bar quick disconnects. At the rear it has rear sway bar links, a rear track bar bracket and bump stops. A transfer case lowering kit and brake line extension brackets are also included.
The suspension geometry and load tuning keep the factory stability controls working within Jeep’s original parameters. Driveshaft modifications are recommended with this system, and additional modifications may be needed.

Four-door lift considerations
A four-door Wrangler carries a longer wheelbase and more weight in the rear, so a lift and transfer case drop change the driveline in a different way than a two-door. The lowering kit moves the transfer case, which changes the front and rear driveshaft angles and can affect vibration at highway speed. Dropped parts also sit closer to the ground, so skid protection and brake line routing deserve a check.
Dropped pitman arms and quick disconnects change steering and sway bar behavior, so the steering should be tested at low speed after installation. Coil springs and shocks should be matched to the new ride height, and bump stops should be inspected for wear on any four-door JK that sees rough terrain.

It is for four-door right hand drive JK models. Two-door Wranglers and other model years fall outside this kit’s fit. Verify your year, model and trim before buying.
Installation notes
Driveshaft modifications are recommended with this system, and 2012 and later JKs need exhaust spacers or another exhaust modification. The transfer case lowering kit changes the driveline angle, so check the angles after installation.
