The Rugged Ridge 11541.13 is a smooth black steel winch mount plate for mounting popular winches to Rugged Ridge All-Terrain and XHD aluminum front bumpers on the Jeep Wrangler JK. It is a direct-fit part for 2-door and 4-door Wrangler JK models.

Choosing a bumper and winch
A winch mount plate is only part of the setup. Its load goes into the bumper, so the bumper’s own mounting points and bolt holes need to be sound before the winch is fitted. Check that the winch’s bolt pattern lines up with the plate, and confirm the winch’s weight suits the bumper before choosing a winch.
Before mounting, look over the bumper for cracks around the mounting points and confirm the plate sits flat against it. Tighten all fasteners fully and recheck them after the first few trips. Keep the winch cable running straight to the fairlead so it wraps evenly on the drum.
