Overview
The Rubicon Express JL7100T is a 2.5-inch Super-Ride lift kit with twin tube shocks for the 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL. It is a direct fit for a wide range of 4-door trims, including the Unlimited Rubicon, Sahara, Sport and Willys.
The kit uses coil springs with front and rear twin tube shocks, along with 1.75-inch diameter 4130 chromoly Super-Ride front lower arms. Extended sway bar end links and bump stops add to the off-road setup.
The kit clears 35-inch tires on a loaded non-Rubicon model and 37-inch tires on Rubicon models. The lift height range is 0 to 3.5 inches, and the twin tube shocks are included.

Shock and tire considerations
A lift like this changes how the suspension moves, so it helps to think about the whole setup before installing. Coil spring suspensions with twin tube shocks handle daily driving differently from heavier kits, and the shock length should match the new ride height. Heavier tires add load to the springs and the steering, so tire choice and any bumper or winch weight should be considered together. Taller tires also change final drive ratio feel, which many owners address with regearing or a tire size that suits their use.
Over time, check the ball joints, control arm bushings, and sway bar end links for play or cracking, especially after trail use. Look for leaking shock bodies and worn bump stops. Torque fasteners after the first few trail runs and recheck alignment whenever the front geometry is changed. Replacing worn parts at the same time as the lift keeps the new setup predictable.

The 2-door Wrangler and earlier Wrangler generations are not on this list. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
Twin tube shocks at both ends should be checked for length once the kit is installed. The front lower arms change the axle location, so the alignment needs to be set after the install.
