Overview
The Pro Comp K4137B is a 6-inch lift kit for the 2004–2008 Ford F-150 and the 2004 F-150 Heritage. It is built around front crossmembers, compression struts and spindles, and it corrects steering with a drop centerlink and steering drop.
The front crossmembers and spindles set the new front height, and the compression struts are part of the front control arrangement. Front sway bar spacers keep the bar working at the new height, and brake line extension brackets allow the brake hoses to reach the raised components. The rear uses a block and U-bolt kit.

Pro Comp lists this kit for the 2004–2008 Ford F-150, including the FX4, Lariat, STX, XL and XLT versions, and for the 2004 F-150 Heritage in XL and XLT versions.
The list covers the 2004 through 2008 model years only, so the 2009 and newer F-150 generation is not covered. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
The front crossmembers and spindles change the suspension geometry, so have the alignment checked after installation. Confirm the brake lines have enough length for full travel once the new brackets are installed.
