The K&N 33-2318 is a reusable air filter with oil-soaked cotton gauze media, made for the 2005–2007 Buick Rendezvous in CX, CXL, CXL Plus and Ultra trims. It is a direct-fit element for those vehicles.

Maintenance between cleanings
Buick Rendezvous owners often drive a mix of city streets and longer highway trips, and the air filter sees both. A reusable oiled element works best when it is checked regularly, because dust collects in the pleats faster on unpaved roads and during dry, dusty seasons.
Each cleaning cycle should include washing, drying and re-oiling the element in measured amounts. Inspect the airbox seal and the rubber intake ducts at the same time, since a loose duct lets unfiltered air bypass the element. A filter that has torn media or a collapsed frame should be replaced rather than cleaned.
