Overview
The EBC Brakes Yellowstuff Street And Track Brake Pads (part number DP41955R) are rear disc brake pads for 2008–2018 INFINITI EX, FX, JX and QX models and 2009–2018 Nissan Juke, Murano, Pathfinder and Rogue models. They are an upgrade-type performance pad for the stock caliper.
EBC says Yellowstuff is its highest rated friction pad, that it does not require warm up to perform at its best, and that it suits everyday street use and towing with a truck or SUV. EBC recommends using the same compound on the front and rear, and recommends professional installation.

Rear axle setup
Rear pads on INFINITI and Nissan crossovers and SUVs carry a smaller share of the braking than the front, but they still need the right compound for the rest of the system. Choosing pads with the same compound on both ends of the car keeps the feel consistent. Rear pad jobs are also a good time to check parking brake operation and the cable routing on models where the parking brake works through the rear caliper.
Before fitting, inspect rear rotors for scoring, hot spots and minimum thickness. Clean the caliper bracket and lubricate the pad contact points with a thin film of grease, keeping grease off the friction surfaces. Hardware clips and shims are inexpensive and worth replacing at the same time. Break in the pads gently so the friction layer transfers evenly to the rotor.
