Overview
The Baer Brakes 99208HD-020 is a set of two rear performance brake rotors for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 with the 350 mm rear brake rotor, covering 2WD and 4WD trucks. It is a premium, mill-balanced direct replacement rotor that takes the place of the factory rear disc.
Each rotor is a one-piece, full cast, vented cast iron disc with a directional brake surface and a cross-drilled and slotted friction face. The slots and holes let gas and dust escape from between the pad and rotor, which supports a more consistent pedal feel and less brake fade. The zinc-plated finish suits open-center wheels.

Brake pad pairing
Drilled and slotted faces create more edges for the pad to grip, but they can also wear pad material faster in some setups. Choose pads rated for the rotor style you are fitting, and avoid mixing aggressive compounds with a daily-driven truck if you want quiet operation.
Look at the drilled holes during each brake service. Fine cracks that start at a hole edge are a reason to replace the rotor, not to keep driving on it. Keep the hub face clean and check that the rotor sits flat against it so the brakes run smoothly.
A worn caliper slide or a sticking piston can cause uneven pad wear that looks like rotor trouble. When the rotors are replaced, inspect the caliper hardware and brake hoses as well, so the new set is not paired with a component that is already failing.
