Overview
The Skyjacker N8047 is a Softride Nitro twin tube shock absorber sold as each. It has a 150 PSI nitrogen gas charge, a bonded iron piston, a chromed piston rod, red polyurethane bushings and a red boot.
The fitment list covers the 1975–1993 Dodge Ramcharger, the Dodge W100, W150, W200, W250, W300 and W350 trucks from 1961 to 1993, and the 1975–1981 Plymouth Trailduster. The list also includes Toyota models from the mid-1980s, among them the 1984–1989 4Runner, the 1985–1989 Land Cruiser and the 1984–1995 Toyota Pickup.

Vehicle fitment
Skyjacker lists the N8047 for the 1975–1993 Dodge Ramcharger in Base, Canyon Sport, Royal SE and SE versions, and for the 1961–1977 and 1986–1989 Dodge W100 pickups and the 1977–1993 W150 in Base and S versions. The W200 and W300 are listed for 1961–1980 and the W250 and W350 for 1981–1993.
The 1975–1981 Plymouth Trailduster is listed, along with the 1984–1989 Toyota 4Runner in DLX and SR5 versions, the 1985–1989 Toyota Land Cruiser and the 1984–1995 Toyota Pickup.
The list does not cover Dodge Ram pickups or any Ford models. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
Because the list spans several decades of trucks, compare the eye and stud sizes of the shock being replaced before ordering. Have the alignment checked after installation.
