Overview
The Currie CE-9807AS is a 4-inch off-road suspension kit with a rear Antirock sway bar, for the 4-door Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited. The manufacturer fitment list covers the 2007-2018 Wrangler JK Unlimited in the trims shown on the list.
Currie builds this kit as a premium off-road suspension for hard off-road use while keeping reasonable road manners. It is a flexible setup meant to reach terrain a stock vehicle cannot cover.

Setting shock length after a lift
Shock length matters more once a suspension lift is installed. A taller ride height extends the shock and changes how far it can compress and rebound, so shocks sized for the stock height may run out of travel or be overextended at full droop. Adjustable control arms and new coil springs change the geometry under the vehicle, and the shocks should be selected to match the new ride height and the tire size you plan to run.
Many owners replace the brake lines, trac bars and sway bar parts at the same time as the arms, since the whole system is set up together. Check that the brake lines reach at full suspension travel, and keep the bump stops in good shape, because they limit compression on rough trails.

Installation notes
An adjustable control arm kit with a 4-inch lift changes the axle position and the pinion angle, so set the arms and check the driveline angles after installation. Shocks are not included, so check the shock length for the lift.
