Overview
The Blue Torch Fabworks BTF03082 is a laser-cut coil-over shock mount for the inner C, made from 1/4 in high-strength steel plate.
The mount moves the lower coil-over attachment as far out as possible, which is usually the goal. Its curved lower contour matches the top of the inner C, so no hand fitting is needed. Confirm the axle housing before fitting, since the axle name appears as both Dana 66 and Dana 60.

Coil-over mount geometry
A lower shock mount sets the leverage a coil-over works against, so its position changes how the suspension rides and how the shock is loaded. Moving the lower attachment outward can change the shock angle, so check travel and clearance at both ride height and full compression before committing to the final position.
Because the mount is tacked into place, the tack welds are where early problems show up. Look for cracks at the weld toes after the first trips and make sure the coil-over still clears the axle, brake lines and frame at full droop. Final welds should wait until the position checks out.
