Overview
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics tubular rear upper link kit, part ICO44100T, is a rear upper link system for the 2021-2022 Ford Bronco. ICON says the links free up rear axle movement for more suspension travel and articulation.
The links are formed from 1 inch by .313 wall DOM tubing for strength, with CNC machined threaded ends and bushing housings. ICON says the design gives improved fuel tank clearance at maximum articulation.
At one end the link uses a massive FK rod end. At the other it uses a dual-durometer, high angle greaseless bushing, which ICON says gives a balance of travel and articulation while isolating and damping road noise and vibration. The arms in this kit are the tube type, and ICON presents the greaseless bushing as the part that keeps the link quiet.
