Overview
The Tuff Country 32903 is a 2-inch front leveling kit with torsion keys for the 2002–2005 Dodge Ram 1500. It raises the front of the truck to match the rear, which allows slightly larger tires and removes the factory nose-down rake.
Torsion keys raise the front by changing the preload on the torsion bars, and this kit is a direct-fit, front-only installation. It is designed to keep a factory or near-factory ride.

Torsion key adjustment
Torsion keys raise the front by adjusting the preload on the torsion bars, so the front height changes without a new spring. Because the bars are working parts, their preload also affects how the front end handles bumps and braking. The rear is not changed, which is why the rear of the truck keeps its factory height.
Setting torsion keys is best followed by a front-end alignment, since the wheel angles shift as the height changes. Inspect the torsion bars, anchor points and front ball joints for wear before adjusting. Bolts that hold the keys should be checked again after the first few drives on rough roads.
