Overview
The Go Rhino 599501T is a hard top rear light mount kit for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and JLU. It lets you install a rear-facing light in one of several sizes: a single 3 x 3 inch cube, dual cube, dual 6 inch single row LED bars, or a single 20, 30 or 40 inch double row LED bar.
The kit is made of mild steel with a black powder coat finish. A full size custom die cut rubber gasket keeps the JL factory paint protected, and rubber grommets are supplied to protect the wiring. Installation needs no drilling.

Care for rear hard top mounts
A rear light mounted on a hard top sees car wash spray, road dust and flexing as the top is opened and closed. Keep the rubber gasket clean and check it for flattening or gaps where water could enter. A gasket that has lost its seal should be replaced before water reaches the wiring or the factory paint.
When choosing a light for a rear mount, match the light size to the supported options and check the wire routing through the grommets before final tightening. Rear lights are often run with a separate switch and fuse, so keep the power supply clear of the hard top hinge and any seals that move. Recheck the mount’s fasteners after the first few trips and whenever the top is removed and refitted.

Listed fitment covers the 2018–2019 and 2021–2022 Wrangler JL, with two-door Rubicon, Sport and Sport S models and four-door Unlimited Rubicon, Sahara, Sport and Sport S models.
The 2020 model year, Wrangler JK and the Gladiator are not on this list. Confirm your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.
Installation notes
No drilling is required. Seat the rubber gasket against the hard top before tightening the mount, and run the light wiring through the rubber grommets to keep it protected.
