Overview
The MagnaFlow 11124 is a satin stainless steel straight-through muffler with a 2-inch offset inlet and a centered outlet. Its lap-joint welded case is built for rugged use.
The offset inlet means the pipe enters off-center, so the connection side matters when you fit it. Inside, a perforated core runs straight through, wrapped in stainless mesh and packed with dense acoustical fiber fill. The muffler carries a lifetime warranty.

Offset inlet installation tips
An offset inlet changes how a muffler sits between the pipes, so the layout often matters more than the muffler’s outside size. Before fitting, lay the pipe in place and check where the inlet lands relative to the catalytic converter or previous section, and confirm the body clears the floor pan, axle and any heat shields. Small adjustments to hanger positions can correct a crooked fit.
Stainless construction resists rust better than aluminized or mild steel, which helps the seams and case last. Look for pinholes at the lap joints, sagging hangers and loose clamps during routine checks, especially after winter driving. Use new clamps when reinstalling a used section, and recheck the connections after the first few drives to confirm nothing has shifted.

Vehicle fitment
This muffler is a universal fit design with no specific vehicle attached. A 2-inch tube and offset inlet mean the pipe position must line up with the muffler, so measure your system and confirm fit for your vehicle’s year, model and trim before ordering.

Installation notes
The inlet is offset, so route the pipe to that side and confirm clearance to the body and chassis before the clamps are tightened. Protect your eyes whenever you cut or weld exhaust pipe.
